Quote and Payment Process:

  1. Once your bulk order quote request is received, the total cost of books and postage will be calculated (including packing, tracking and sign on receival service) Insurance is optional.
  2. Within 24 hours you will receive a quote from Claire’s team, which can be approved on the spot through Xero.
  3. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you.
  4. Your bulk order will be packed and posted once notification of payment is received.
  5. You can track your order using Australia Post’s tracking system.
